    Great little eatery... lots of choices, staff was very attentive and nice. Food was hot and portions were HUGE! Highly recommend! The iced Ube coconut matcha latte was phenomenal! Went back for dinner... again, GREAT service, portions and food! Staff was also again... AMAZING!

    First time trying out this place and it was really good food. Came in for lunch and had their two eggs plate. That give a huge portion which justifies the price. To be honest, I would have rather bought one plate to just share with someone else since that’s how big the plate was! The server was kind and apologized for making me wait even though it didn’t seem that busy. The hostess, however, appeared annoyed. The hostess didn’t even greet me as I was waiting to take a seat and I had to call her for her attention. She seemed very annoyed that I asked for a seat. I would suggest management to correct these behaviors and or change her out for a more inviting atmosphere. Especially for the initial contact with the public.

    Excellent spot for all your dining flavors. The food was excellent and tasty. Our waiter was amazing with his recommendations. The cocktailsbare spectacular and well worth it. This place is busy but you won't be disappointed. You gotta eat here

    Food here is always delicious. Large portion , fast and friendly service. There is something for everyone on the menu. We had the steak and eggs amd french toast. Our family of three shared the two meals and it was plenty. They forgot the toast for the steak and eggs and we still had plenty of food. The carrot cake is a must for the sweet lovers. We had the previous night after a dinner elsewhere. Citizen is always a satisfying meal.

    We had a fantastic experience at Citizens Kitchen in Las Vegas! The food was absolutely delicious—especially the mac and cheese, creamy tomato soup with a cheesy crostini, and the perfectly cooked steak with garlic fries. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying. The service was also top-notch; they were friendly & attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a casual yet tasty dining option on the Strip!

    Visited Citizens twice during my week in Vegas. The first time was 10/10. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy and perfect. Service was great. We went back tonight and there was a large group. It seems like the kitchen rushed our food to get it out before the group. This meant the fish was slightly under cooked and both the steak fries from the Fish and Chips and the regular fries with the Chicken Sandwich were not crispy. The Chicken Sandwich was not as saucy as before which made it an 7/10. (Maybe a different cook?) Our server was fantastic and did his job very well. We would have rather waited another 5 minutes for our food to come out crispy and fully cooked. It came out super fast and as someone who works in the restaurant industry I believe it was rushed with a compromise of quality. I’ll visit again next time I am in Vegas but please don’t compromise quality.

    Definitely a place to go check out at the Mandalay Bay. It’s called Citizens. It’s a reasonable restaurant they serve breakfast luncheon dinner. They’re open as early as 8 o’clock in the morning and staying open as late as 1 a.m. Easy to find soon as you come from the parking garage or the valet keep walking straight, turn to the right. Great service excellent food very tasty. Very large portions. If you get the chocolate cake it’s humongous. It’s a seven layer chocolate cake and it’s enough for six people. Nothing like leftovers! Excellent breakfast had the steak and the eggs well worth it very good pricing, especially in a casino resort.

    Food was good. Service was better! They ran out of some of the fish and chicken as we were there later in the night for dinner. Overall decent place if you are on property and looking for something to eat.
